Tell us when it happens.
Cold start or warm engine? At idle, on the highway or after a fill-up? Describe the pattern and whether anything changed after recent work. A clear symptom history can be more useful than a list of parts someone has suggested replacing.
Code reading is only a starting point.
Bring any scan report you have, but do not clear the information just for a visit. We discuss the testing needed to investigate the concern, then review findings and repair options. Diagnostic work and the eventual repair are separate parts of the conversation.
Intermittent concerns need a careful description.
A problem that does not happen every time can take a different approach. Tell us how often it occurs, whether a warning remains and what conditions reproduce it. A safely recorded video or a photo of the warning message can be helpful.
Call before driving a vehicle that feels unsafe or is running severely poorly. We can discuss the next step and appointment availability rather than guessing online whether it is safe to continue.
